Mrs Agnes Dauda Thomas was born into the family of Mr. & Mrs Chedo Agora Diko on 1st January, 1962 in the ancient town of Diko in Gurara local Government Area of Niger State. She started her education at Keffi Baptist school in the then Benue Plateau State where she spent her first three years of primary education. The last four years of primary school was in her home town Diko at the L.E.A Primary School. Mrs. Agnes Thomas proceeded to Women Teachers College Gulu for her post primary school in the year 1980.
In 1975 she was admitted into college of Education, Minna where she obtained National Certificated in Education in Biology. Mrs. Agnes D. Thomas began teaching in University Staff School, Minna in the year 1987. She is currently the Acting Head Teacher of the school. She is an alumnus of the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaira where she bagged BSc.Ed Biology in 1990 – 1995. She holds a M. Sc. Information Technology in 2014 from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). Mrs. Agnes Dauda Thomas is married with children. She speaks Gbagyi, Hausa, Yoruba and English language.
